Rhabdomyolysis and peripheral neuropathy are two distinct disease entities which are rarely encountered in combination. We present a woman who was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease (PD) with rhabdomyolysis and common peroneal neuropathy after fall. There are many reasons for development rhabdomyolysis varying from person to person. Peroneal nerve compromise has been reported due to numerous traumatic and insidious causes. Also, there are factors that can cause the diseases in PD. Therefore, we suggest that a multifaceted approach is needed for complications that may occur after falling in PD in the report of peroneal nerve palsy with rhabdomyolysis after a fall in PD patient.
